School Attire

1. Pupils are to be in school uniform or PE attire for all school activities, including activities held in school over the weekend/school holiday (eg CCA, enrichment classes organised by Alumni).
Modifications to the uniform are not allowed.

2. The school uniform consists of the following:
For boys:
-White shirt (with school crest sewn above the pocket). All shirts must be neatly tucked in.
-Blue shorts (length should reach mid-thigh)

For girls:
-White blouse
- Blue pinafore (with school crest sewn above the pocket). Pinafore must touch or cover the knee

For all:
-Name tag to be worn above the school crest
-Plain white shoes or Ai Tong school shoes
-Plain white socks or Ai Tong school socks. Socks must cover the ankles.


3. The PE attire is to be worn only on days when the pupil has PE lessons or sports-related CCA.

The PE uniform consists of the following:
For boys:
-PE shirt according to the colour of house assigned. All t-shirts must be neatly tucked in.
-Blue PE shorts (length should reach mid-thigh)

For girls:
-PE shirt according to the colour of house assigned. All t-shirts must be neatly tucked in.
-Blue PE shorts
The pinafore should be worn over the PE attire and should only be removed when it is time to take part in the lesson/activity.

For all:
-Name tag to be worn above the school crest
-Plain white shoes or Ai Tong school shoes
-Plain white socks or Ai Tong school socks. Socks must cover the ankles.


4. Hairstyles must be neat and simple. Highlighting or dyeing of hair is not allowed. The fringe must be kept above the eyebrow.
In addition:
· Boys’ hair must not touch the ears and collar.
· Girls must keep their hair combed back from the face and neatly pinned up if necessary. Hair that reaches below the collar must be cut or tied up neatly. Only plain black hair accessories are to be worn.


5. Jewellery/ornaments are not to be worn for reasons of vanity. Girls may wear only one pair of simple earstuds.
